TP allowed me to pursue my dreams outside of work. I was able to do what I once thought was impossible in the context of the role that I play in the call center - having a child. I will forever be indebted to my bosses, my peers and to TP for allowing this seemingly impossible dream to come true.

They have a clear vision for the future. They set their own standard, focus on their own strategy and are not fazed by what our competitors are doing.

The healthcare coverage for me. I hope I can say the same for my parents. They are no longer qualified to be my dependents because of their age.

The people I work with are very collaborative and easy to get along with. The leaders take time out of their day to share their knowledge and skills. The leadership has a compelling vision for the company.

The passion and commitment towards keeping TP at #1. My boss truly cares about me and my well-being. They truly are trail blazers. They don't compare themselves with other companies. They create their own path that others follow. The vision is clear and everyone is onboard.

1. People are open to feedback. 2. Leaders are hands on. Every VP/EVP knows what's happening on the ground. 3. People are more collaborative than competitive. There's a healthy level of competition, but that's not all that motivates people. 4. People are so comfortable communicating openly.
