I worked at TP previously under a different Exec Board and it was a terrible experience and this was reflected in the clients and good people leaving. Under Gary and teams leadership it is a TOTALLY, TOTALLY different company and one that i am excited and proud to be part of.

Less inter-team politics than I have seen in other organisations. Genuine since of ' in it together '

Accessible (town halls, feel like I could pick up the phone to any of them) , credible (experience and delivery), reliable ( do what they say)
