Overall good, there are always opportunities to continue to grow, I am challenged at my current role and love spending time developing my people while also working with other areas. I am always learning something new and there is high investment in leadership preparation. Thanks.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary policy and or increases per worked-period are not clear. As per my overall performance I exceed expectations, over deliver and I'm always looking to contribute to efficiency and efficacy while implementing new projects that become scalable and impact positively multiple areas and the region.
