it's all good. It's really the people that i work with that makes it a great place to be at.
I am happy for the opportunities that have been presented to me while employed at Teleperformance. The challenges that i have faced has allowed me to become a better employee
Over-all, its good, especially specific to my current team and cluster, we work well together and leverage each other's strengths to deliver / exceed expectations
I appreciate the transparency within the team
i like their adaptability, focus and rigor
Focused, dedicated, quick learners, adaptability and passionate
Passionate, driven, focused, well coordinated, hard working
Some offer guidance/mentoring, transparent for the most part
Helpful, transparent, motivational, encouraging, knowledgeable
Passionate, focused, dedicated, eager to learn, displays team work
Being able to help people
my immediate team feels like family the rest, not so much
the company incorporates a lot of wellness programs into our day to day
family - feel, being able to connect with most of those that i interact with
Very engaging, although, at the leadership level, there are inconsistencies in terms of engagement/learning opportunities.
yes, in comparison to other key players in the space, comp and benefits isn't comparable
Comp is not comparable to market, making it more competitive would be good for employees
Getting things done, being able to teach and develop my team, camaraderie with my team, my team's ranking
Being able to accomplish tasks, being able to deliver improvements on kpi performance, being able to inspire and teach others
Being able to help people develop and being able to meet/exceed client expectations. The occasional kudos received from leaders is also great
Offer competitive package, avoid changing bonus/incentives without proper advance notification and no clear details. Look into extending Health Care benefits to immediate family at no cost to employee
The workload tend to be overwhelming and sometimes, feels like there's an expectation to take on more work just because you are at a certain level without consideration of client demands regardless of program size. Would be nice if TP assess market comp at all levels and try to be competitive.
