I haven't had a raise or a bonus in 2 years. Getting a raise and a bonus would make me feel better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Black@TP is an ERG that provides me with an opportunity to make genuine connections. I also enjoy the virtual parties that HR holds for the same reason.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy is when the customer is delighted with our work, whether it is everyday performance or when we find a solution to a specific problem.
