Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Internal promotions are less valued in terms of compensation versus the new hires for the same positions. And also compensation compared internally with peers and other areas is less, reason why I feel undervalued.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Same position, same responsibilities = different compensation. Internal promotion doesn't have the same compensation (Lower) for the same position compared with a new hire. Plus specialization in TP Processes is not valued. A clear carrier path, global opportunities, and performance bonuses.
