Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We cant tell our clients they need to pay more because the COLA is up 7%+ but only give out 2% annual increases. We are constantly pressed to get our clients to pay more given the market increase yet we give top performing people just 2% increase this last year.
