Pandemic brought about a lot of changes and we need to be super resilient to adapt to these. I thought we need more support from the Executives and things that we can control, let's control and not trigger anymore additional changes.

Make the basic salary competitive with the other BPOs and commensurate to the tasks at hand

Transparency and open communication have been the top priority of the leadership. Just looking forward to a more supportive one in terms of facility improvement or expansion.
