Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think we should revisit the compensation matrix - understanding that we want to promote from within, the promotion packages for supervisors and up are relatively lower compared to the market.

The current market pays a lot more in the same position. I understand being internally promoted is relatively lower but it is extremely far from what I can compare other companies offer.
