The Compensation benchmarking exercise is important to move with the world / industry/ region. We need to get this done and bring in evaluations internally.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

new hires at the same skill-set is at market parity while the internal staffs are far below it. TP should focus on maintaining parity amongst external as well as internal talents
