TP is a very good company. However, I believe it's very important to have a clear message of the strategic plan and how we will deploy it according to the company's expectations. Sometimes leaders don't have the approach to sharing the information with all the team.

They are very committed to the work and with the metrics. Very responsible with their dutties.

Overall the age of the employee, the majority are very young and the communication flow is good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would to have the same salary as my peers, without differences considering we have the same responsibilities.
