Good and fair enough as what I've seen.

A little increase of salary if new work load is added specially for us as a tenure employee.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Needs to improve employee motivations and perks of endurance to continue so that employee will stay for a long term employment. Like increase of salary or employee groceries packages a little happiness means more.
