I have been with the Company of 10 years and seen it through ups and downs. They have made decisions that would benefit the majority.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
So far, it has been good. I have been promoted this year and i see that all my effort did not go to waste. While the Management's goal is to expand the Company, this should not be done at the expense of its employees, cutting their budget for engagement activites.

they should at least evaluate the package to what is applicable to every employee.

We're hoping that they can benchmark on the current market in terms of benefits and compensation. Not all benefits fits to all, so perhaps they can look into that.
