
it has been up and down through out my tenure so far. a lot of role model you can see but there are also a lot of "power-tripping" leaders. those who are greedy of power
Almost all are good to have

When respect is accorded to every employee regardless of rank
Open to discussion. however, sometimes decisions are patronized by few
Being able to lead, learn and manage. ability to add value and inspire people
Need to respect boundaries and respect the decision of other leaders in their area of expertise
there should be recognition of individual authority and scope. authority should not be limited to certain individual or group
There should be balance of authority and responsibility across all functional groups. not all decisions should be centered on a certain dept like HR
