im still grateful being part of TP. Ive been here for 15 yrs, but some of the things i love about my job and the company are gone. I don't feel the same excitement anymore whenever I report to work. I guess I'm burn out and quite overwhelmed with workload.

salary increase, level it with the country's inflation and cost of living now

i get to finish most of my task. i get to help alot of employees
