Despite being new, the company has a very positive and encourage vibe. I may not be that young like the usual applicants her but the employees here in TP are very welcoming and supportive.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Basic salary is quite low. There should be additional allowance for support or Non-CSR employees if they have perfect attendance and esp if they prefer to work on site.
