As per Market, current package is almost 30% to 40% less. This is basis comparison of skillset Vs Salary. Making sure that skills are rewarded by hiking overall package will certainly a feel Good Factor for me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Basis the Market Challenges currently going on where almost all of the clients are eager to start their Biz/Services in shortest possible time and that's where Leadership team extend complete support to deal with all type of requests and to make a balance between Demand & Supply.

As 70% of the TEAM is fairly new, they are still on their learning curve. Few of the Best what is seen are 1. Dedicated towards Projects allotted 2. Sense of Ownership 3. Eager to learn and 4. Zist to Add value to organization Goals
