Compensation is different from one location to another and would be great to have minimum compensation packages advertised globally as a minimum standards otherwise you end with with a package depends on where you are located.

My Manager has a vision to the team and strategy that reflects the company goals, He also ensures to take care of team's mental health and set a good example that we follow with our teams. This makes us work better as a team and stay motivated and engaged.
