Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

When I started, I had the best Managers and Leaders someone can ask for, but then things changed, and we got new Leadership who would only talk to an individual when there is an escalation or an issue.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Consistent communication and drive across the board.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Apart from salary there are no benefits.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Trustworthy, Open, honest, committed and transparent.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I have the wrong person as My Manager.

Trust and support each other.

My Team and what we do as a team

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Please change someone like my reporting manager and his Global equivalent

I am paid fairly and it helps in meeting my personal goals.

There are new learnings and discussions which helps in growing in the current role.

What makes you most happy at work?

When I am with my team and discussing about improvements we need to make in our teams delivery.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Hire candidates at EVP level, who are transparent, open to feedback and knowledgeable. Stop partiality within the team.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Talk to employees and get their feedback, if there is an EVP who doesn't understand what the requirement is and is someone who drives favoritism, please get rid of them.
