Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Look at wages what we offer to external candidates, look at what competition is offering to our people and make corrections for people stayed for long. It takes 20 minutes interview for us to give avetage 30-40% increments however it takes hard work and exceptional performance for 3-4 years.
