I've been with the company for nearly 13 years so I am grateful for the opportunities it has provided me with. I feel that we can do so much more but often feel our leadership is focused only on the numbers and revenues and don't accept any outside input/external perspective to adjust strategies.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity! Whether you want it or not, you interact with so many different people that you learn from it every day!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a great bond, we have learned to work together and have now reached a great level of trust. We all help each other and nobody feels like anybody is "ditching" work on others. It's a very collborative environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our local leadership knows the business inside out, they have been part of the company for several decades, and have extensive experience. While this is an asset, this also closes them to any new input/insight that could help make the company more dynamic and bring new perspective and ideas
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel there is a discrepancy between pay levels on various levels, that do not reflect the outputs delivered or the level of skills of the employees. I have not received any bonus in 1.5 years although this is part of my job description. Others in different positions do receive them.
