Our teams ability to be very agile and deliver results by overcoming challenges both foreseen as well as unforeseen makes me most happy at work. This environment brings in a lot of positive energy and helps us feed of each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When compared with the market as well as internally within the organization in India, my view is that my compensation at the best is average at my level. There are disparities within India when it comes to comp at a senior level and it merits a relook.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very approachable and gives you the independence to act and deliver. Open to suggestions and thoughts and lastly creates the right environment for all like minded people to come together and drive growth and also be the best in delivering to the commitments made to our clients & stake holders
