Overall, I like the friendly atmosphere and that I can reach out to pretty much everyone. I just don't like favoritism and nepotism that occur in out team

basic pay is at par with other companies, flexible schedule

we are comfortable around each other, everyone is open to everyone ele's suggestions
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
some of the superiors tend to favor some members they have close association with, work load is not fairly distributed among team members
