What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have no idea. The training just started and it is too early for us to tell about our observations.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not really sure. I just started training in this company and I still have no idea how their leadership skills are
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
During the interview, I was told to have at least 13-16k base pay. Upon job offer, there was only 12k in the contract.
