the positive culture I might adapt in the company is the continuous learning,, multi tasking and coordination as well.

well i guess the best part of our compensation package is that we truly gain our earning with handworks prior customer satisfaction as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Something unique about our team is that.. were all truly embracing the BPO industry as beginner, that's why were all wanted to learn and looking forward that difficulties may amend if we work as team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Well as a newly hired CSR, everything seems so confusing.. but the personnel in charged with us is very professional, approachable and really wanted us to be knowledgable enough with the product offer and so with the tool to use.
