working totally remote and having all my teammates in different regions across the world, it would be very important to meet them face to face and be able to meet all my clients at least once a year. That has not yet happened. The company should allow more meaningful business trips

It is really lovely to have such an open environment, however, working from home provokes almost no interaction with my co-workers or business owners, or internal clients. More travel should be authorized, especially in really challenging projects.
