What I liked the most is the way they involve each and everyone during discussions and activities. They value their subordinates and they make sure that no one left behind.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For me, the best about the compensation package is that we do have baser salary, rice subsidy, and account allowance and bonus if we work hard and perform above the expectations.
