Although, we I slowly outgrew and past it, the pandemic and the typhoon was the lowest experience i had with the company and personally. I never had a decent leave back then as work seemed the priority

I see passion and high engagement from the team. The "Laban-lang" attitude is always there despite the challenges.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
TBH, the salary package is pretty much the same the last 10 years and the increase is not directly proportional to the increase of living and inflation of the economy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I dont have any issues with my direct manager since she has been helpful since she joined back. I think the leadership really have to invest and check the salary package of TP employees for both agents and leadership.
