I have been with the company for over 10 years. I have survived because of hardwork and I'm driven by my goal to grow. I am thankful because I am able to share my skills through Teleperformance and this company had also made me achieved my career plans.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teamwork. Respect. People in my team are very hardworking.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Being focused on the goal of our department and continuously improving to comply with the needs of our internal customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy with what I do - the nature of my work and being able to use my skills to deliver what is asked.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Higher management in some accounts are toxic to work with. I understand they can be demanding at times but they create a very stressful environment where employees would rather choose to quit their jobs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I got promoted a few years back as a Supervisor and it was only recently when I found out that the compensation offered to me that time was way lower than the band entry rate for Supervisors in our department. I wanted it rectified but I am already stressed about work to begin with.
