I'll state facts. TP is great because the people & junior level management has done a good job making it a warm culture. But,TaskUs is now just more genuine with people. They offer free daily meals to employees, free merchandize unlike us buying expensive ones on COTW store, plus Retirement option

the people and how patient they are on what the business leaders will do for them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary like how VA companies provide the their employees. Maxicare like Sitels where there is free medicine and dental coverage is more comprehensive;

TP basic pay for agents are below average compared to industry average. Folks are drawn to Direct WAH as they earn 5 - 8 per hour. Management level, external hires continue to do be paid higher than tenured manager who started with TP
