overall, it's really great especially to someone with 1st BPO experience. iif not with compensation and Benefit that is really a challenge, i would rate my experience as 10

camaraderie and how each one displayed diversity and inclusivity it their own ways

people i work with and people outside work who made me motivated to work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they listen and do something. Might take a while due to factors depends on the concerns but important is they are LISTENING
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary, Comp and Benefit is not competitive enough compared to other company. For most, they stayed in the company because of the people we're working with. But so much undervalued in terms of comp and ben.
