Agents here are friendly but the one in the higher rank is making us feel that they are superior by treating us poorly. They dont see us as a person. Sometimes humiliated us.

The salary were getting is not enough with the workloads that are given.

Treat each other equally and with respect. Be fair, no one should received special treatment. Avoid favoritism.

Management. Our superior should act like a leader and not a boss. He/She should treat everyone in the team equally.

The workloads given is not fair, everyone in the team should received the same amount of workloads. There should be no, favoritism. Management should see us as a person.
