What are some of the best things about your team?
Easy to approach and they tell us if there are anything that related to work and they did not keep it to themselves.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's best for me if the compensation will give properly on the time that there is a matter an employee or the company shall give compensation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Probably it's how they handle the employee, i like it best when they are kind and easy to talk about the employee's concern that matters to them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't know much yet about the culture of the company but about the positive things in environment is maybe meeting new people and get to know them better.
