People value social dynamics and for our program, mostly non-voice, onsite employees are allowed to interact within the safety protocols. TP should do more virtual engagements among WAH staff to balance and uphold a good culture among employees.
I feel that salary benchmarking can still be improved, against what is with the current industry. The pandemics has resulted to several financial drawbacks, and a little lift in every payout would help, until we are back on track. Current inflation and fuel price hikes are not making things better.
