The best thing about our leadership team is the teamwork is really visible/evident.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Could be better if the annual appraisal is increased, and not just increase the basic pay going below 500php.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is fun to work with, making it difficult to identify if it's really a workplace because we have a real work life balance.
