Interactive. We are mostly open to each other. Eventhough we were wfh, we see to it that we always have time for other things than work. Like commubicating outside the scheduled shift and all
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm still good right now but I'm thinking by the time that we would be working onsite (hopefully, permanant wfh) I think it would never be enough knowing how expensive living in Manila is. I really love this job and the people that I work with
