My teammates are very friendly and we learn all together .

I like the way they teach the trainees the easiest possible way to understand the lesson.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Were only offered rice allowance and it is only given after 60 days. Also regardless of tenure in BPO the pay is almost the same with no BPO experience.
