I like how they manage us and we learn not only as individuals but as a group.

The best thing about our team is that we don't let others left behind. We help each other.

I like how they value their employees and how they train their employees well to be equip with the skills necessary to the job
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I learned that there's a lot of incentives we're going to receive even if we're still trainees we receive lot's of compensation. So I was amazed.
