it was very good . and personnel working in each and every department are easy to ask and have the assistance that we need because we our first timers. the ambiance and the people are not toxic.

for me it is about treating each and everyone equally and with respect.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
i think the best part of our compensation package is having a paid training , an insurance , and having an incentives.
What makes you most happy at work?
it is because of my teammates/coworkers. the trainer and the supervisor, additional knowledge that i may have everyday at my work. im happy to every challenges that may encounter as we do our work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they see us not just an employee but they see us as their friend or family. they teaches us and advice us what to and what should not do , in order for us to excel and they giving us their thoughts so that we as a beginner will not have a hard time in doing what we have to do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
for me this team is the best , not only because i have know and be friends with them on day1 . but i think that we as a group see each other and work each other as one . it is like "all for one , and one for all". and proudly say that our team motto is "no one will be left behind"
