First and foremost, my experience on Teleperformance company was really great and fantastic. I have learned a lot of things about BPO life, as this is my first job as a call center agent. I learned how to interact with the customers and deal with different kinds of attitude of customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
The learning that I earn everyday. Also, one of my reason to work are ny colleagues.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For me the best one is the allowance per month. It really help us a lot in our daily living and needs.

I really like the leadership team as we learned how to cooperate well and also how to work as one to achieve the goals of team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I don't say all teams aee perfectly fine but I can say about my team is we have cooperation and better understanding when it comes to works.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For me the most positive there is the engagement we do. Also, we often hear in the environment that employees are talking and helping to overcome the task that we are doing.
