What makes me happy at work is I am being inspired to go to work everyday and also the vibe of the company is positive, managers and supervisors are friendly as well as my teammates.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about my compensation in Teleperformance was when we are transferred to other account and that account offers higher basic salary than the salary that we received during our contract signing, the sad part is we are not eligible to received that higher salary in our new account.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing about our leadership team is that he was doing his best to meet the expectations from him and doing his best to coach us in every interaction that we needed to improve. He was very attentive person and most specially he cares about his agent these are the character of our supervisor.
