I'm loving the company's environment. The people with positions are approachable very entertaining on queries and concerns. Trainers are willing to help in achieving the goals and objectives of the company. I also enjoyed working with my teammates.

The people around me, environment, culture and more especially the work itself.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about the team and train them properly by providing all the knowledge their teams should acquire with fair treatment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They are generous enough by giving 20% differentials for night shift employees, rice allowance and internet allowance for those who are in WFH setup.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The created bond. They are easy to go with and very approachable. They care about the sake of one another and respect each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't find the company's environment toxic. The environment is comfortable enough for employees and the culture is good enough in accomplishing the work.
