its about the night shift because we have a 20% night differential offer and its quite good

we are doing team works there is no bullies and everyone is doing there best to pass the nesting to be a certified agent to this company
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its the way teleperformance welcomed us to there company and teach us different knowledge and skills and enhancing us everyday and the trainor and people around this building/company is friendly and helpful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
One of our leaders best asset is he is understanding , funny and we are enjoying our training. He teaches us everything he know and guide us to be a better agent/expert in the time we will be proceed to nesting or in the production area and he is doing his best to provide us the knowledge.
