My experience has been very interesting and fruitful, I have been improving on my communication skills gradually and consistently. I'm also developing a lot of other skills which makes it so amazing and fantastic.

Our team knows how to coordinate and work together, we know when to be serious and when to be chill.

The fact that I can work comfortably at home and the excellent and open communication we share with one another.

Reminders are often cascaded in a positive way. Positive reinforcement from my direct supervisor adds to that positive environment as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say benefits and bonuses but sometimes the bonuses need to be appropriated as a lot of us qualify for it.

I have not had enough time to say exactly but I would say that work ethics is the most positive about it.

The best part is that they offer to pay for the internet that I already have at home because of the WAH set-up.
