As a fresher and someone who's just new to this industry, I really have no regrets on pursuing my career here. From the first day of my job application, compliance of requirements and during our training the company provided us with people who's equiped with all the positive and reliable resources.

Kind and welcoming employees, it helps us (trainees) to feel welcomed and comfortable to work and learn.
What makes you most happy at work?
The activities and new knowledge imparted to us every day and also the good attitude of almost all the people I have encountered inside the building premises.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like how TP cares to its employees and their implemented house rules are very effective because it was really seen through how approachable and welcoming they are. As a fresher and a trainee, I should say that I'm in the right and best company to start my career and develop my skills.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm so glad that I am with a team that is willing to help each other when someone needs help. Because as someone who's new in this industry I am not yet familiar with lot of things but the willingness of my teammates and our trainer to help each other is a big help.
