Virtually, positive is when one or more have problems in work, everyone is willing to help that person.

When I am able to learn new knowledge with my co-workers and have good bond with the customers
What do you like best about the leadership team?
No Judgements. Immediately answers the question right away and gaining new knowledge for trainees, as well as newbies like myself
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I can't understand the topic right away but the trainer are there to guide without any judgements and I feel compensated in that matter.
