positive workplace culture improves teamwork, raises the morale, increases productivity and efficiency, and enhances retention of the workforce.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very competitive compensation package. Even if I am a college undergraduate they paid us fairly to sustain our daily basis.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to interact with my coworker and learning new things day by day by our approachable and friendly trainer.

I liked that they have been giving us many opportunities to grow as an individual and they saw our potential to help the company's success
What are some of the best things about your team?
Best things so far in our team is that my wave mate is approachable and I liked that the environment is so fun. Working in a call center can be tough so it's nice to have a fun environment and great employee engagement.
