TP has a frenetic working pace but this is understandable. Me and my team understand the business goals and the need to innovate, so we can stay relevant and ahead of the game. I just wish that sometimes, our EVPs would respond more and help us drive the support group items.

TP has the best leadership orientation and onboarding and offers ample opportunity for career development. We just have a very micro approval process for office supplies, report publication, IT software access taking too much time and effort.

I love the leaders who are supporting the development of their agents and leaders through TOPS, Foundation training, and Six Sigma.

The synergy between the functional heads and the frontliners of the TQLD. The openess and the technical support to implement or pilot TP technology and capabilities. The genuine concern of the leaders to our well being.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
IT or UWA takes time and literally wants SVP approval even with a director or sr. director and GECSP officer approval. Granting O365 for externally hired staff takes a lot of pain, time, and effort making these newly hired leaders unproductive for the 1st 30 days!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Has a car allowance, or a more regular monthly bonus or pay for performance, or an increased health care coverage including out LGBTQ partner, or a retirement pay. The mobile allowance is still being lodge monthly in the Philippines with receipt and bill submission, Why not just grant it monthly?
