It has been a really exciting journey. Since I joined I have not stopped having new and good challenges. The company helps at all times to develop the necessary skills. All co-workers are helpful and cooperative at every step. I have never felt alone.

They always know how to make the best decision for the business.
What makes you most happy at work?
Set goals for the year and at the end of the year see that they have all been met. It is really pleasing to see the good work done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Constant learning. I have learned more in 3 years here than in 10 years in other organizations. the challenge is constant. We really feel proud to belong to the TP.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The market is paying salaries well above what I receive here. And the benefits provided by other companies are greater in terms of quantity and quality. An in-depth review of the wage gap is needed.
