Social responsibility. Efforts in diversity equity and inclusion, long way to go but the efforts are definitely there

Valuing tenured employees equalizing compensation with new employees - creating pay scale ensuring equality in pay - improved benefits - TP's US health benefits are frankly terrible
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity & Inclusion efforts are improving a lot. People Centric Lots of learning opportunities becoming available Charitable efforts for people and the environment are fantastic.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is definitely room for improvement in this area - it is not a strong point for TP specific to the US I would say it is by far the biggest distractor
